Since the news of Coronavirus first broke, ECI’s focus has been on protecting the health and well-being of our employees, families, customers, suppliers and the communities we service.
As an essential service to the transportation industry, ECI has remained opened during the course of the pandemic, while implementing strict guidelines and processes to ensure that our employees and customers feel safe while on our premises.
We have expanded our on-line presence in recent weeks to further encourage social distancing through the use of e-mail, video conferencing, and telephone. Our sales people are readily available to assist you with all of your essential purchasing needs.
With the recent announcement of New Brunswick's recovery plan and the loosening of some public health restrictions, we are making the necessary adjustments to be able to safely reopen our showrooms. Plexiglass has been installed on both our customer-facing counters, signage is up and directional floor decals have been installed.
Whether it's over the phone financing, curbside pick-up, online ordering, or after-hour emergency service, we’ve got the tools, the technology and the means to take care of you no matter what.
