Location: Moncton, NB
We are currently seeking for a customer-oriented Truck Assembly and PDI Technician to join our team.
- You will need a passion for trucks and an ability to stay focused and keep your cool when things get busy in the new truck world.
- A little bit of truck savvy is needed.
- The know-how to undertake a pre-delivery inspection on a new vehicle and make any adjustments is necessary.
- The roll also includes installing bling, lights, chrome, tub fenders, and touch-up paint.
- You will also install mirrors, hood deflectors, and various other components and tasks to make the truck complete according to the customer/manufacturers spec and complete in an accurate and timely manner.
- Test drives and installing aftermarket equipment will all be part of the job.
- You will ensure vehicle and equipment appearance and maintain a clean and tidy work bay.
- You will need to effectively use your downtime to sharpen your knowledge with in-house Navistar training and helping the service department when required.
- You will also communicate and coordinate work order needs for the service team and perform quality control inspections.

ECI is currently seeking a sales-driven, independent, customer-oriented individual to join our team in Moncton as a Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and drive product sales
- Ensure all work is performed according to approved procedures, standards, and specifications for sales objectives
- Manage key financial metrics such as – sales revenue, margin growth & profitability
- Manage floor plan expenses
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Metrics
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team
- Engage directly with the larger accounts to promote full product support offering
- Work with Truck Equipment Manufacturers (TEMS’s) to secure deals and build relationships
- Provide feedback to the Vice President on industry trends
- Review and approve deals and departmental invoices
- Follow and establish new internal processes to ensure proper flow between departments
- Work with the Marketing team to establish sales and promotions
- Attend and represent ECI at industry association events
As a Sales Manager, the successful candidate must have:
- Proven track record in sales management
- Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a highly motivated team
- A relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in the heavy truck and transportation industry
Required Experience:
- The ability to drive the sales process from beginning to end
- Strong industry expertise and knowledge in the heavy truck and transportation business
- Ability to build strong customer relationships, maintain relationships with key customers at all levels including executive-level managers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the business
- Highly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract will be required
- Be creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a drive to “win”
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to drive results through motivating and influencing
